Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club in Boynton Beach, FL seeks a Produce Team Member to stock and rotate fresh fruits and vegetables, assist Members with product questions, and maintain a clean, well-stocked department. You will help ensure quality, safety, and standards while supporting a fast-paced, member-focused environment.

Responsibilities include rotating stock for freshness, assisting with inventory, and maintaining signage and displays.

Qualifications

• Work experience in a produce department preferred.
• Knowledge of fruit and vegetables preferred, including seasonal items.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members in the produce department and answer questions.
• Inspect, rotate, and store produce to meet standards.
• Rotate produce on the sales floor for freshness and stock displays.
• Maintain reserve stock area and condense daily.
• Dispose of damaged or expired products per guidelines.
• Assist Fresh Manager with inventory and orders.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and displays.
• Generate signage and perform price checks as needed.
• Maintain club policies and contribute to teamwork.
• Regular, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
