Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club in Marlborough, MA is seeking team members for the Produce department. You will help Members, stock, rotate and display fresh fruits and vegetables, and uphold quality standards and club policies.

Responsibilities include assisting with inventory, maintaining clean displays, and ensuring accurate pricing. The role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and passionate service to our Members.

Qualifications

• Produce department experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fruit and vegetables (including seasonal items) preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to Members in the produce department.
• Inspects, rotates, and stores produce on delivery and displays.
• Rotates produce on the sales floor to ensure freshness and variety.
• Maintains the produce reserve stock area and back stock organization.
• Follows guidelines for disposing of damaged or expired products.
• Assists Fresh Manager with inventory and order processing.
• Cleans and sanitizes produce equipment and displays.
• Generates signage and ensures accurate pricing.
• Maintains club policies and performs other duties as needed.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is required.
