Job summary

Plum Market is seeking a Prepared Produce Team Member in Bloomfield Hills, MI to support daily operations of the prepared produce section, including cut fruit, packaged produce, and fresh juiced items. You will deliver exceptional customer service, handle daily production, and maintain fresh, clean displays.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break.
• Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and push/pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and label fresh-cut fruit, packaged produce, and juiced items.
• Stock and rotate product to ensure freshness, quality, and visual appeal.
• Maintain proper signage and pricing, ensuring compliance with COOL and Plum Market standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and backstock area at all times.
• Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation protocols.
• Support department merchandising, promotional sets, and seasonal resets.
• Assist Guests with product questions and provide recommendations with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Communicate clearly with Team Members, Store Leadership, and retail Customers.
• Uphold all Plum Market policies, procedures, and service expectations.
