Job summary

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Cuts fruits and vegetables following safety rules.
• Ensures product meets quality guidelines and preparation standards.
• Maintains sampling program.
• Cleans department and logs cleanliness activities.
• Arrives on time and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Provides courteous customer service and models suggestive selling.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintains clean, safe working/shopping environment; keeps equipment clean.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; checks signs and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and incidents immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
