FreshPoint, Inc. is seeking a Fresh Cuts Associate to support the Line Leader on the production line. You will keep the work area clean, organized, and safe while efficiently completing packing or processing tasks.

You will observe issues, report improvements to the Line Leader, follow safety procedures, and participate in shift transitions. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and reliable performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred but not required.
• On-the-job training provided.
• 6+ months in food production, warehouse, or general labor preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well on a team.
• Attention to detail and safety awareness is essential.
• Effective communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• 30% Perform assigned packing or processing tasks on the production line
• 20% Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
• 15% Assist Line Leader in preparing and transitioning the line between shifts
• 10% Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
• 10% Identify quality or safety concerns and report to Line Leader
• 5% Assist in moving materials and replenishing supplies
• 5% Maintain accurate records or labels when required
• 5% Support continuous improvement efforts and cooperate with team initiatives
