Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, cut, and prepare fruits and vegetables per standards.
• Safely handle knives and cutting tools.
• Operate and monitor packaging machinery to pack produce.
• Inspect products for quality, freshness, and consistency.
• Weigh, portion, and label products as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations.
• Follow all GMPs and safety procedures.
• Meet daily production quotas and timelines.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and organizing inventory.
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
