Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to greet and assist customers.
• Ability to stock, trim, rotate, and replenish produce to maintain freshness.
• Comfort handling produce and assisting with department operations.
• Familiarity with safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines in a food environment.
• Capable of collaborating with coworkers and following management plans.

Responsibilities

• Smile, greet, and assist customers courteously.
• Stock, trim, rotate, and replenish produce items for freshness.
• Load, transport, and organize produce from storage to sales floor.
• Handle produce carefully to prevent waste and damage; report quality issues.
• Follow health regulations and Vallarta Safety Program.
• Clean displays, equipment, and floors; maintain sanitation.
• Assist teammates and communicate with supervisors.
