Job summary

PAQ, Inc. is seeking a Produce Clerk to join our on-site store team. You will deliver prompt, courteous service and maintain appealing produce displays while assisting with stock and inventory management.

The role requires a high school diploma, no prior experience required, and on-the-job training. The position is full-time with weekend/evening availability and pays $16.90–$21.50 per hour, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, price, and stock products following approved procedures.
• Replenish fruits, vegetables, and other produce as assigned.
• Move products for display and proper storage, including refrigeration.
• Maintain inventory control to ensure freshness and turnover.
• Handle damaged and spoiled products according to company policy.
• Monitor expiration dates to ensure fresh products are available.
• Maintain a clean, attractive department and a positive customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
