Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, appealing displays and proper stocking.
• Assist with organizing volume and seasonal items.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and leads.
• Complete required worksheets and participate in inventories.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready for shifts; attend trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service and use suggestive selling.
• Maximize sales through proper prepping, storing, and merchandising.
• Comply with health, safety, and weights & measures procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe working/shopping environment; operate equipment safely.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; verify pricing.
• Report safety hazards promptly and perform other duties as assigned.
