Whole Foods Market, Inc. is seeking team members to support Prepared Foods production, labeling, and merchandising while delivering courteous, friendly service to customers and Team Members.

Staff will follow SOPs and participate in trainings, contributing to a clean, safe store environment and positive brand image. Responsibilities include on-floor engagement, accurate pricing, and adherence to Weights & Measures, health, and sanitation guidelines with a strong emphasis on teamwork and customer

Formación

• Thorough product knowledge.
• Ability to prepare multiple recipes per shift.
• Ability to communicate market conditions to customers.
• Understanding of spoilage and waste impact on profits.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensure proper labeling, dating, coverage, and rotation of products.
• Maintain product quality per WFM guidelines.
• Document waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Follow recipes and use correct measuring devices.
• Provide excellent customer service and practice suggestive selling.
• Keep walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Report safety hazards promptly.
