Responsibilities

• Prepares food items for the cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars per production sheets.
• Prepares items according to recipes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Ensures items are labeled, dated, covered, and rotated; monitors freshness.
• Monitors levels and replenishes stock in a timely manner.
• Delivers excellent customer service and suggests products to customers.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work area and equipment per safety standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and checks pricing signs.
• Reports safety hazards or violations promptly.
