Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Perishable Representative to keep the department well-stocked and welcoming, ensuring fresh products daily and strict food safety standards. You will provide superior customer service, prepare, package and merchandise items, rotate stock, and assist customers with selections across Produce, Seafood, Market, Floral and Aguas departments in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role requires strong teamwork, ability to lift and handle products, and adherence to SOPs to support

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills required.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Telxon, ACR, and label machine.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and assist customers with selections.
• Prepare, package, and merchandise fresh products daily.
• Rotate/label products and maintain department cleanliness and safety.
