Qualifications

• Must have ServeSafe certification or obtain certification in first 90 days.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, organic foods including salads, hot bar items, sandwiches, and grab-and-go meals.
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with setting up, stocking, and maintaining attractive prepared foods displays.
• Label, date, and package products accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and equipment.
• Support other store departments as needed.
