Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependable and reliable; perform other related duties as assigned.
• Outgoing and friendly, with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitize work areas.
• Adhere to safety, health, weights and measures regulations and recipes.
• Able to stand up to 4 hours, and up to 8 hours per shift; walk up to 2 miles per 8 hours.
• Work in a temperature controlled area and perform housekeeping duties.
• Good vision for using sharp knives and equipment.
• Lift/carry 25–90 lbs. and move pallets up to 500 lbs. with a pallet jack.
• Move racks up to 70 lbs for distances.
• Move tables up to 70 lbs for short distances.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and product knowledge.
• Receive, store, and grind meats; rotate stock to prevent aging.
• Assist customers with questions, special orders, and needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment and follow department procedures.
