Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Acknowledges completion of required trainings and assessments if selected for position.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicating with team members; flexible to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management; prepares meat products per standards; maintains product quality.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld technology to drive decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner: Maintains operational excellence; ensures quality and date control; secures merchandise; assists members with purchasing decisions; proper packaging and labeling.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates for the department and club by delivering high-quality service and products; displays energy and commitment.
