Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures a fresh, appealing display by checking quality, stocking, rotating, and cleaning cases and shelves.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program; keeps sample areas full and neat.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, floors, and drains as required.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses customer needs promptly, and uses suggestive selling.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows procedures including health, sanitation, and safety rules.
• Maintains a clean, safe working and shopping environment; cares for equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures accurate signs and pricing.
• Immediately reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
