Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. in San Diego, CA is hiring for a prepared foods associate in our bakery and rotisserie area. You will follow recipes, prepare fresh items, wrap and label merchandise, and help members with bakery orders while maintaining a clean, welcoming floor.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality products and accurate temperatures, dates, and shelving. Excellent guest service and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food in the prepared foods area.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area; check expiration dates.
• Assist members with bakery orders and help educate other associates.
