Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: maintain knowledge of prepared food specs, assist education of others, communicate with the team, adapt to business needs.
• Be an Expert: prepare food according to item specs, plan productions, ensure food safety and sanitation compliance.
• Be a Techie: use digital tools to assist production decisions and training, adapt to new tools.
• Be an Owner: drive area performance, stock and rotate merchandise, monitor quality and dates, reduce waste.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: model high quality service and engage customers in line with policies.
