Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Grocery Clerk to join our fast-paced store in Newnan, GA. You’ll rotate through Dry Grocery, Dairy and Frozen departments, stock shelves, fill bins, and help maintain clean, inviting aisles while delivering friendly customer service.

Roles include receiving deliveries, moving products to floor, rotating stock for freshness, and upholding safety standards. Must be at least 16, reliable, and a strong team player with good communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Be dependable and reliable with ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Maintain a respectful, inclusive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Have a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication and teamwork; able to follow directions.
• Ability to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Must lift and move boxes up to 60 lbs.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA and weights and measures guidelines.
• Be willing to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and fill the Dry Grocery, Dairy and Frozen departments.
• Receive deliveries and verify delivery accuracy.
• Move products to the sales floor using appropriate equipment.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshness.
• Maintain clean, organized and well-presented aisles.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to safety and store policies.
