Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Cambridge, MA is seeking a team member for the Grocery department to support receiving, stocking, and merchandising. You will assist customers, maintain cases, and help uphold WFM standards with a focus on safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to stand 6–8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing displays by stocking shelves and facing products.
• Stock and clean grocery shelves, bulk bins, frozen and dairy cases.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to relevant teams.
• Maintain back stock and assist with sampling programs.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties and ensure accurate signage and pricing.
• Provide courteous, friendly customer service and support store programs and initiatives.
