Job summary

Collabera is hiring a Data Analyst to support a Retail AML/Transaction Monitoring operation. The role involves analyzing data across systems, supporting monitoring activities, fraud investigations and controls testing.

Training on Transaction Monitoring is provided and benefits follow after a 4-week paid training. The position is onsite with a bachelor’s degree required, offering $22–$24 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package after training.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or retail banking a plus.
• Proficient in Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong data validation, reporting and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate data across multiple systems for AML/Transaction Monitoring.
• Support project planning, tracking deliverables and coordinating meetings.
• Review reports for accuracy, formatting, and compliance.
• Support fraud investigations, due diligence and controls testing.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve quality and productivity.
• Develop SOPs, training materials and process documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams across locations.
