Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Team Member to support the Prepared Foods area, including food preparation, counter service, sanitation, and stocking. You will engage with customers, follow SOPs, and help on the floor as needed to uphold WFM standards and health regulations.

Responsibilities include prepping foods, stocking cases, ensuring product freshness, and delivering friendly service while promoting store programs and campaigns. Flexibility for varied shifts and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn all products carried in department.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clear, respectful communication with customers and team members.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and assist elsewhere as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cut, prepare, and serve hot and cold foods (meats, cheese, sandwiches, burritos, salads, pizza).
• Stock displays and case inventories; rotate products for freshness.
• Provide friendly customer service and answer phones promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per SOPs; assist with opening/closing duties.
