Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Team Member to support the Grocery team with receiving, stocking, and presenting products on the floor. You will help maintain clean displays, assist customers, and support store programs to uphold WFM standards.

The role involves fast-paced work, teamwork, and flexibility for varied schedules, including weekends and holidays. The position emphasizes friendly, efficient service and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to learn basic product knowledge quickly.
• Strong customer interaction and communication skills.
• Comfort with handling products and basic math for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh and appealing displays by front-facing, rotating, and stocking products.
• Stock and clean grocery shelves, bulk bins, frozen and dairy cases.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to team members.
• Maintain back stock in good order and assist with sampling programs.
• Complete required worksheets and participate in inventory checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Adhere to health, safety, and Weights & Measures procedures.
