Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking team members to assist customers with over-the-counter service in the Fresh Foods department. You will operate and maintain Deli/Seafood/Pizza areas, prepare pizzas, fry foods, and stock designated sections while ensuring accurate inventory and quality control.

Typical shifts range from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm, with opportunities to learn, follow strict safety guidelines, and provide friendly service throughout a 24/7 operation. Entry level acceptable with proper training.

Qualifications

• Ability to work varied shifts including night, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Food Handlers Certification (Per State Laws)
• Ability to perform basic math and read production guides/labels.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes, engages, serves, and thanks customers with a friendly, enthusiastic service.
• Takes orders, answers questions, and performs suggestive selling.
• Prepares, stocks, displays, and rotates products in Fresh Foods areas.
• Prepares production items according to recipes and safety procedures.
• Follows sanitary guidelines and completes related records.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
