Job summary

Responsibilities

• Cut, prepares, and serves hot and cold foods (meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salad, pizza)
• Sample products to customers
• Stock cases and displays with prepared foods from kitchen and walk-in prep
• Check in-stock dates for freshness and rotate as needed
• Assist with organization of volume and seasonal displays
• Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets
• Assist with periodic inventory checks
• Arrive on time and ready to work; attend trainings and meetings
• Provide excellent customer service and use suggestive selling techniques
• Maximize sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, and merchandising
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Maintain clean and sanitary work environment and equipment
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties and price checks
• Report safety hazards and violations promptly
