Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Food Clerk to provide friendly, knowledgeable service in our Fresh departments. You will help customers locate products, maintain engaging displays, and ensure high standards on the shelves.

You will join a fast-paced team, use store technology to complete tasks, and follow food safety procedures. Prior retail or food service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates.

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
