Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Food Clerk to create a fresh, welcoming store experience within our Fresh departments. You will connect with customers, share product knowledge, and maintain attractive displays.

You will stock and merchandise across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery, use technology to complete tasks, and follow food safety and quality procedures to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use store technology.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks like lifting and standing.
• Retail or food service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create a fresh, welcoming store experience in Fresh departments.
