Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Food Clerk to deliver friendly service in our Fresh departments. You’ll build connections with customers, share product knowledge, and help maintain clean, appealing displays while working in a fast-paced store.

You’ll stock, rotate, and merchandise products, use store tech to complete tasks, follow safety standards, and support team members across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.

Qualifications

• Customer-first mindset and friendly attitude.
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn store technology.
• Detail-oriented with ability to stay organized.
• Ability to follow safety and food-handling procedures.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift items.
• Retail or food-service experience is a plus, not required.
