Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking team members to assist customers in our Fresh Foods departments. You will help with over-the-counter service, prepare and stock deli/seafood/pizza items, and ensure products are displayed safely and rotated properly.

You will handle orders, provide friendly service, and maintain clean, sanitary workspaces. The role requires the ability to work varied shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow all food safety guidelines as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Flexible to work varied shifts in a 24/7 operation.
• Excellent communication with customers to receive orders and answer questions.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle weights and measures.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with over-the-counter service in Fresh Foods (Deli/Seafood/Pizza).
• Prepare, stock, display, and rotate products in fresh food areas.
• Take orders, answer questions, and perform suggestive selling.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment and work areas.
• Follow food safety procedures and complete required records.
