This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and speed, with development programs for advancement. No prior retail experience is required, but being physically active and customer-focused helps you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates

• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
