Meijer Inc. is seeking a part-time Food Clerk to enhance store experiences in our Fresh departments. You will build positive connections with customers and teammates, share product knowledge, and help customers locate items efficiently.

The role emphasizes maintaining clean displays, stocking and merchandising, and using technology to complete tasks accurately. Experience in retail or food service is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products according to standards

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
