Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Possession of Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain within 180 days.
• 3–6 yrs of supervisory experience in retail or store leadership.
• Strong interpersonal, motivational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads and empowers teams to deliver a great shopping experience aligned with company goals.
• Manages in-stock conditions, inventory, shrink, and labor planning to maximize profits.
• Delegates authority to department managers and coaches on KPIs and customer service.
• Supports recruitment, onboarding and training of new associates.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
