The role emphasizes accurate labeling, pricing, and quick service, with a focus on food safety, cleanliness, and teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat visits.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Operate slicers and food preparation equipment following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math skills for weighing, portioning, and transactions.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior food service or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare fresh deli items and assist customers with selections.
• Slice meats and cheeses and prepare grab-and-go items.
• Keep the deli department stocked, clean, and organized throughout the day.
• Monitor product freshness and temperatures; rotate stock as needed.
• Operate and maintain deli equipment safely.
• Process transactions accurately and provide friendly service.
