speakit, a multinational call center partner, is seeking native or near-native French speakers with fluent English to join its Client Services team. You will communicate with customers by phone, chat and email in French, helping businesses improve their online presence and resolve login or other technical issues.

You will update profiles and maintain high customer satisfaction for a major brand, working in a vibrant, multinational environment with comprehensive training and career development
