Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a People Operations Shared Service Specialist to provide first-level HR and payroll support, focusing on French payroll processes and employee lifecycle activities. You will post vacancies, support onboarding, and assist with benefits and HRIS tasks across Workday and related tools.

The role requires fluent French, strong English, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in French payroll and personnel administration.
• Strong knowledge of French payroll processes, including variable pay, absences, overtime, bonuses, employee changes and joiners/leavers.
• Experience with Workday, SmartRecruiters or similar HR systems, as well as Microsoft Office.
• Hospitality or service-sector experience is highly desirable.
• Fluent French and good working English.
• Flexibility to work different hours and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support and guidance to Department Heads and employees regarding HR and payroll policies and programmes.
• Manage, monitor and control French payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and deadlines; review variable pay elements, absences, overtime, bonuses, changes in status and other remuneration elements.
• Provide administrative support across payroll and HR processes from pre-selection through to employment; posting and closing vacancies, updating Workday and other HR systems.
• Collaborate with Department Heads to ensure onboarding, prepare onboarding documentation, configure onboarding journeys and login credentials in Workday.
• Support the performance management process in collaboration with the People Operations Business Partner France and HRIS.
• Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with French laws, Group standards, and processes.
• Provide support with benefits, leave and other HR/payroll activities; work with the Shared Services team to improve processes.
• Work with the team to improve data quality and the employee experience.
