French Language Interpreter - Indianapolis, IN

Are you fluent in both English and French? Do you have experience working as an interpreter? LTC is an interpreting agency seeking contracted French language interpreters in Indianapolis, IN. You will accept appointments on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of interpreting experience and has worked in various settings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site, in-person interpretation
• Act as a liaison using the client’s preferred language
• Interpret accurately according to the setting and audience
• Comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding privacy and confidentiality of medical information, including HIPAA

Requirements:

• Interpreting certifications (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of medical interpreting experience
• Minimum of 3 years of interpreting experience overall
