Job summary

Alignerr is seeking French language experts to help evaluate and improve AI training systems for French learners. Your linguistic insight and teaching background will shape how AI understands, assesses, and responds to French learners, making a real impact on one of the world's most influential languages.

This remote hourly contract requires a minimum of 15 hours per week, fully asynchronous. You will evaluate AI-generated French speech and text for accuracy, provide structured feedback, and

Qualifications

• Fluent French with teaching/evaluation background.
• Strong written communication in French and English.
• Familiar with CEFR proficiency levels and learner patterns.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated French speech and text for linguistic accuracy and educational quality.
• Assess learner speech and writing across CEFR levels Pre-A1 through B2+.
• Identify errors, awkward phrasing, and pedagogical gaps using expert judgment.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI tutoring and language-learning models.
• Suggest improvements for natural, idiomatic French and pedagogical soundness.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project leads and other language experts.
