Job summary

SupportYourApp is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to manage order inquiries, review order details for accuracy, and log requests in the order mailbox. You will ensure data integrity and timely processing while working remotely in a multicultural environment.

Ideal candidates have strong English and French communication, experience with end-to-end order processing and reporting, and the ability to deliver weekly reports on schedule. Odoo experience is a plus.

What you will do:

• Read and review incoming emails in the order mailbox to ensure all requests are logged efficiently;
• Handle inbound customer inquiries during evening/night shifts and provide timely, helpful solutions;
• Review and validate order details to ensure data integrity and accurate record-keeping;
• Flag any missing, unclear, or problematic information across processed orders to maintain operational quality;
• Compile and submit a comprehensive weekly issues report.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Excellent English and French communication skills (C1 for both spoken and written);
• Experience handling end-to-end order processing, reports, order entry, and fulfillment tracking;
• Strong ability to maintain accurate data with high attention to detail;
• Strong sense of accountability and time management to compile and deliver weekly reports strictly on deadline;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work independently;
• Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload).

Will be a great plus:

• Familiarity or past experience with Odoo.
