Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana is seeking an Adjunct Faculty - French in Indianapolis. This part-time adjunct role involves delivering classes, using technology to enhance instruction, and maintaining accurate records under a common syllabus framework.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in French language or French literature or 18 graduate hours in French language or literature courses or native speaker with Master’s and two years teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate student learning by delivering assigned classes in accordance with College policy and course objectives.
• Make optimal use of available technology to enhance instructional methods.
• Supplement and alter lesson plans, assignments, tests, and materials.
• Maintain accurate student records, grades, and other requirements.
• Engage with students proactively and regularly in meaningful and productive ways that impact student learning.

Education

Master’s degree in French language or French literature

Master’s degree in any discipline with 18 graduate hours in French language or literature
