Job summary

GoGlobal is seeking its first dedicated French accounting expert to own full-cycle accounting for French entities, build the operating model, and align with global standards. You will bridge French statutory requirements with a global delivery business, influencing tools, processes, and controls.

You’ll lead onboarding of new clients, design scalable engagements, and serve as the technical authority on plan comptable général, FEC, and statutory reporting while supporting growth of France

Qualifications

• 5+ years in French accounting, gained in practice or delivery environments.
• Fluent French and business-level English.
• Experience with French GAAP, plan comptable général, and VAT cycle.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of French entities, including bookkeeping, month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Lead onboarding of new French clients, data migration and system setup through first close.
• Act as GoGlobal’s authority on French accounting standards and regulatory changes.
• Document and standardise French processes, controls and working papers.
