Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science field preferred (Material Science ideal).
• 4+ years’ experience in semiconductor industry building or troubleshooting roles.
• Able to work in a clean room environment wearing PPE (bunny suit, safety glasses, masks, shields, gloves, safety footwear).
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities, including overtime when needed.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform process engineering lab activities for customer demos and experiments.
• Set up processing equipment and run wafer flows on Lam tools.
• Monitor metrology results and collect data for SPC and yield analysis.
• Create/modify process recipes and suggest improvements for robustness.
• Provide lab protocol training and assist engineers and technicians.
• Troubleshoot alarms and minimize tool downtime.
• Ensure lab safety and adherence to IP and lab protocols.
