Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees dockworker performance for weighing and dimensioning procedures.
• Collaborates with regional teams on weight/research process compliance.
• Coordinates with maintenance/IT on forklift scale and dimensioning issues.
• Facilitates invoicing via freight inspection and dimensioner data analysis.
• Documents weight/research changes to support dispute resolution.
• Aids sales with NMFC information for customers.
