Continental in Fort Mill, SC is offering a Freight and Warehouse Intern position designed to give hands-on experience in warehouse operations, freight handling, and inventory management within a fast-paced logistics environment. The role requires a student enrolled in a US-degree program for at least 12 more months, able to commit 12 months, and able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in a US-accredited degree program for at least 12 more months and willing to commit 12 months.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business / Supply Chain / Finance.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during normal business hours (Mon-Fri).
• Willing to commute to Fort Mill, SC HQ campus 3 days per week (Mon-Fri).
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all work.
• Basic understanding of purchasing processes and supply chain concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members across departments.
• Strong data entry capabilities and comfort with computer systems.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings across teams and global time zones.
• Assist vendor management with quotes, Q&A items, and vendor communications.
• Support buyers with NDAs, contracts submission, tracking, and daily procurement tasks.
• Assist in sourcing events and RFQ processes; track milestones and next steps.
• Maintain trackers for projects, vendors, rates, contracts; organize files and logs; prepare summaries and status reports.
