Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Age 16 years or older and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process freight and stock for replenishment and omni‑channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on inventory and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
• Uphold product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards and procedures.
