Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required; must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unload truck shipments and perform stockroom duties.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonality.
• Engage customers, greet them and assist with products and services.
• Adhere to product protection standards and safety policies.
• Support training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards and inventory procedures.
