Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking an associate to deliver excellent customer service and consistently execute store operations. You will process freight, replenish the sales floor, and support omni channel fulfillment. You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and uphold Kohl’s brand standards.

Training on policies and procedures is provided. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, stocking, and helping customers with a positive shopping experience, including peak times and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 16 years of age or older and available days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Flexible availability to cover peak times and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Follow product protection standards and participate in training on Kohl’s standards.
