About this position

Job Summary

A Freight Rating Specialist is responsible for determining, evaluating, and managing freight rates and classifications for transportation services, ensuring compliance with tariffs, contracts, and carrier agreements

Responsibilities and Duties

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow direction
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
• Ability to work overtime as needed, or as directed by management
• Preferred minimum of 1 years’ experience in Freight Rating
• Must be able to set for long periods of time
• Ability to pass background check, TSA tests
