Job summary

XPO is seeking a Freight Operations Supervisor in Cincinnati, OH to lead and optimize freight operations across shifts, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance. You will manage workloads, coach staff, and implement procedures to meet daily targets while upholding FMCSR and DOT requirements.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills, with a focus on delivering reliable service to customers and maintaining high productivity levels.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related work experience in a warehouse, distribution, supply chain, transportation or similar environment.
• Knowledge of the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry, hazardous materials regulations and DOT rules and regulations.
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all aspects of freight operations.
• Develop and implement strategic work procedures to meet evolving department demands.
• Evaluate, manage, and supervise workloads and tasks.
