Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Freight Operations Supervisor in North Dakota. Lead and supervise all freight operations, develop procedures, and manage workloads across hourly staff to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related work experience in warehouse, distribution, supply chain, transportation or similar environment.
• Knowledge of the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry, hazardous materials regulations and DOT rules and regulations.
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all aspects of freight operations.
• Develop and implement strategic work procedures to meet evolving department demands.
• Evaluate, manage, assign and supervise workloads and tasks.
• Supervise hourly staff and act as the primary contact for workplace concerns.
