XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Freight Operations Supervisor for the Sparks, NV area (Afternoon Shift). This role leads all freight operations, optimizes procedures, and ensures safe, on-time delivery of customer freight.

The position requires coordinating shifts, staff supervision, and adherence to regulatory policies. The candidate should have 2+ years in warehouse/supply chain roles, LTL knowledge, and the ability to manage diverse tasks.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related work experience in warehouse, distribution, supply chain, transportation or similar environment.
• Knowledge of the LTL industry, hazardous materials regulations and DOT rules and regulations.
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all aspects of freight operations.
• Develop and implement strategic work procedures to meet evolving department demands.
• Evaluate, manage, assign and supervise workloads and tasks.
• Supervise hourly staff across operations and address workplace concerns.
